USA #24 Strip of 3 (beautiful Type V stamps affixed upside down) each canceled with a separate Grid and a full bold strike of the Georgetown SC CDS to the left 13 FEB 1861 USA Used in the CSA. Addressed to Gov R. F. W. Allston, Charleston SC. Very slightly reduced at the upper left not affecting anything, and a few backflap opening tears with a small piece of the backflap missing. But still an exceptionally fine appearance and a scarce usage. CSA Certificate # 2537 from 1992 signed by Morris Everett.
