CSA #7 Horz Pair (margin close at bottom left) with the small double circle Charleston SC CDS 4 JAN. Advertising Cover with oval embossed cameo shield in dark blue at the upper left "Hand, Williams & Graves, Wholesale Grocers Augusta, Geo." The stamps were originally affixed over the embossing but have been moved to the right to display the advertising. Addressed to Shelby NC. Very Fine. CSA Certificate 2013. The stamps show a coarse printing, and the right stamp has a transient random printing flaw on the chin of the portrait not mentioned on the certificate.
