Overall University of North Carolina College Cover in Gray addressed to Miss Carrie Miller, Pendleton SC. This cover has been fully and extensively researched as to the addressee and the family and was the cover illustration and feature article in the July-September 2007 issue of The Confederate Philatelist. Extremely Fine.
