CSA #10 Frame Line (4-Margin showing full lines at top and left) tied by the Morton, Miss CDS (partially struck off the cover) 12 AUG (1863). Addressed to Mrs. F. L. Campbell, Flat Rock Post Office Henderson County, North Carolina with routing via Columbia SC. Very minor water stain at the upper left corner of the cover and the stamp has a very trivial left lower corner fault in the margin only which is mentioned on the 2002 CSA Certificate. The cover is otherwise Very Fine with a very nice example of the Frame Line stamp with an uncommon usage.
