| CA #7 Horz Pair (margin just in at the left) tied by a partial strike of the small double circle Macon, Ga CDS (date not apparent) but docketing dates the cover to April 1863. Coarse brown paper cover addressed to Capt Thomas Nesbitt Care Hon E. Starnes, Augusta, Geo. Thomas Nesbitt was later Major of the 1st Georgia Militia Infantry. Hon E. Starnes was a judge of the Georgia Supreme Court. Very Fine. |
