CSA #12 (KB) (margin nibbled a little into the design at the bottom center
which does not detract) tied by the small double circle Augusta, Ga CDS
(date not fully apparent but must be late 1864 or early 1865 because of the
stamp). Simple address to Mr. W. H. Clark, Army of Tennessee. With no
unit or other designation, the addressee cannot be identified. Very clean
Adversity Cover made from an 1860 blue paper printed flyer for a Cash
