Stamp shows only small part lines on three sides at lower left, lower right, and bottom left) tied by the Milledgeville, Ga CDS 22 MAY (1863). Addressed to Genl Ira R. Foster QM Genl, Atlanta, Ga. Ira Roe Foster was the Quartermaster General for the State of Georgia. His rank was state and not CSA. Very clean cover with 1989 CSA Certificate. |
