Fancy Cancel: Tuscaloosa Star -- CSA #5 off-cover (faults and repairs) with an excellent strike of the Tuscaloosa (Ala) Star Fancy Cancel (AC-15A). Currently the only recorded 10c Rose Lithograph stamp with the Tuscaloosa Star fancy cancel. The stamp has not been removed from its exhibit mount. Even with the faults and repairs, still has a very acceptable and exhibitable appearance.
