CSA #4 Stone 2 Position 41 USED off-cover (4-Margin but close at the bottom) cancelled with a WAY handstamp. Cannot accurately identify the town or city of origin. The stamp has not been removed from its exhibit mount. This stamp was used as an illustration of Page 355 of the Collector’s Guide to Confederate Philately Second Edition.
