CSA #10 Frame Line (4-Margin with complete lines at top and left, about 2/3 of the line at right, and a small piece of the bottom line at the right lower corner) tied by the Richmond, Va CDS Powell Type 5a 30 JUN 1863. Brown paper cover addressed to Miss Mary H. Morrison, Harris Depot, Cabar(r)us NC. Harris Depot (now Harrisburg NC) was a station on the North Carolina Railroad. Cover most likely sent by a boyfriend or relative who was a soldier in a North Carolina unit. Small reduction at the left where opened not affecting anything, otherwise Very Fine with a very nice Frame Line stamp. CSA Certificate 2007.
