IMPORTERS OF CHINA, GLASS & QUEENSWARE, No 29 St. Francis St. Mobile, Ala." This advertising is currently unlisted in the new CSA catalog. Addressed to Mr. C. E. Rushing, Marion Station, Lauderdale Co., Miss. Ex Van Dyk MacBride with his unsigned note on the back. Ex Tate. Marion Station, Mississippi, was on the Mobile and Ohio Railroad. The cover most likely traveled by train to its destination. C. E. Rushing (b1819) is listed on the 1860 Federal Census as a very wealthy merchant in Lauderdale County, Mississippi.
